About Us

Couleur Chocolat is a Gaspé-based company founded in 2008 by Carl Pelletier in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts. The chocolatier returned to his home region to open a chocolate shop. A few years later, his daughter, Paule, joined the business to contribute. Couleur Chocolat offers quality products made with passion.
