Sea and Mountains: an exclusive chocolate recipe that embodies the signature of Couleur
Chocolate. A 72.5% chocolate with a fruity taste palette, with fruit notes
red and banana, with a silky texture and a nice length on the palate. A universe to
discover who will delight chocolate lovers.

Carl Pelletier invites you to savor the landscape of his native Gaspésie in his fine bites, bars and chocolate bars created with many of the peninsula's herbs. He also makes spreads, caramels, marshmallow brooms, magic balls and other sweets.

About us
Couleur Chocolat is a Gaspesian company that was founded in 2008 by Carl Pelletier, in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts. The chocolatier returned to his native region to open a chocolate factory. A few years later, Paule, his daughter, joined the business to contribute to it. Couleur Chocolat offers quality products made with passion.
