Is it possible for my chocolates to be damaged during delivery?

Although we ensure optimal packaging for all orders, it is possible that packages may experience a bumpy road. That's why we can't assure you that all products will be intact (like magic balls or Easter molds). This will not change its taste in any way, only its appearance a little.

How are the chocolates shipped during the summer season?

During the summer season, orders are shipped in insulated boxes with an ice pack to ensure optimal packaging of our products.

How long does it take to process an order?

The order processing time is 3 days. Then you have to add the delivery time.

Is it possible to make a return or get a refund?

All Couleur Chocolat sales are final.
