From May to September, Couleur Chocolat offers you artisanal ice creams and sorbets at the Sainte-Anne-des-Monts chocolate factory.

The perfumes offered vary over the weeks and according to the inspiration of the moment.

The secret of the taste and creaminess of our ice cream is revealed as follows:

- First of all, each ice cream and sorbet mixture is meticulously prepared by hand by our ice cream artisan.

- This pays particular attention to the selection of ingredients. He chooses fresh, premium ingredients that stand out for their flavor and texture such as eggs, crème fraîche and vanilla pod.
